It has the most common procedures done and goes through each surgery step by step. It's incredibly helpful for reading about a procedure before scrubbing in so you're not lost. I almost didn't get it because of the reviews, but I'm very glad I did. One person here seemed to write a review based only on the previous review. This book has made the entire OR experience much more rewarding. It takes you through the history, physical exam, imaging and differential for many common orthopaedic cases then it takes you through the anatomy and the entire procedure while pointing out areas of potential complications and how they are avoided.
