I have used all of the books in this series when tutoring students in math. The constant repetition of basic skills helps to reinforce them in the minds of the students, even as they progress to more advanced ideas. One caution. This book does not explain how to do the problems. There are no examples. It is simply a book of mixed-skill problems. It presumes that a teacher, parent or tutor will provide explanations when needed. What the book claims to do, it does very well.
